Do you have a minimum cleaning time?

YCM are not currently taking on any commercial cleaning contracts in Leeds under 10 hours per week. That 10 hours could be 1 shift, 2 x 5 hours shifts or 5 x 2 hour shifts.

Are we issued with a cleaning contract?

As a fully integrated cleaning company, YCM Ltd issue you with a contract at the inception of our services for you.

How long are we tied into a cleaning contract for?

There is no tie in with our cleaning and maintenance contracts - we can negotiate a notice period of anywhere between 1 and 3 months should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service, but we provide the best cleaning solutions - we are confident you'll be happy with our service.

Do you provide the cleaning equipment and materials?

Cleaning equipment and materials can be provided by YCM Ltd as part of the contractual cost or we can quote without the provision. By equipment and materials we mean anything that we can control the usage of - items such as hand towels, hand soap, toilet roll etc can be provided by YCM Ltd but as a separate cost to the contract.

How quickly can we have a cleaner?

We have a strong presence in most major towns and cities in the North of England, including Leeds - how quickly we can meet your requirement will vary dependant on your location.

Will we always have the same cleaner?

Our aim is to provide you with a regular cleaner for all of your cleans - obviously the cleaner has holidays and may occasionally be ill but if your cleaner is changing temporarily or permanently you will always know in advance.
